Using XTON services

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

Payments and services

Transactions may depend on banks, payment networks and other regulated partners. Processing times, limits, fees and availability can vary by product and will be shown or communicated where applicable. XTON may suspend a transaction when required for security, compliance or technical reasons.

Prohibited activity

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, interfere with service operation, or use XTON for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

XTON branding, content, software and designs belong to XTON India Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify or commercially exploit them without written permission.
