Account support for XTON users and merchants

You can request deletion of your XTON account and associated personal information by contacting our support team. This page is for account deletion requests only.

How to request deletion

Email info@xton.in from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include your full name, registered mobile number and whether you use the User App or Merchant App.

What happens next

We will verify the request to protect your account and confirm the next steps. Account access may be disabled while the request is reviewed. Some records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, dispute or accounting purposes.
